Legal agreement governing your use of ambo4d online gaming services
Welcome to ambo4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ambo4d ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the ambo4d website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing our website, placing bets, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your account.

ambo4d operates under international gaming licenses and is based outside Indonesia. Online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia, and while we serve Indonesian players, we do not encourage or facilitate illegal activity. You acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws. By using our Services, you confirm that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and other details as required by our registration form. You must not use false identities, impersonate others, or provide misleading information.
We are required to verify your identity to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect against fraud. You must submit government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding your ID. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ambo4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
We reserve the right to refuse Account registration, suspend, or terminate Accounts at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to: failure to provide valid identification, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, use of multiple accounts, violation of responsible gaming policies, or at the request of regulatory authorities.
ambo4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited instantly during banking hours; off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account as part of our Responsible Gaming policy. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limits can be decreased immediately at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours and typically processed within 1-3 business days depending on the payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of withdrawal requests.
Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. You must wager bonus amounts a specified number of times (detailed in the specific promotion terms) on eligible games before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of Terms is suspected.
ambo4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees; these are beyond our control and your responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are in IDR.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ambo4d are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus terms may include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each promotion before participating.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (e.g., "30x wagering") which means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times on eligible games before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%).
ambo4d reserves the right to withhold bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User is abusing promotions. Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using unfair betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other activity deemed to be bonus abuse.
Active bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and bonus winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposit and non-bonus winnings will be processed.
All games offered on the ambo4d platform operate according to specific rules which are available within each game interface or in our Help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules, the English version of the rules shall prevail.
All casino games, slots, and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly tested by independent auditing agencies to ensure fairness and unpredictability. RNG certification documents are available upon request.
All sports bets are settled according to the official results published by the governing sports authority. Bets placed on postponed or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or display error that affects game outcomes or odds, ambo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players will be notified of technical errors and void transactions as soon as they are identified.
We reserve the right to impose betting limits on individual Accounts based on risk assessment, game type, or other factors. Users who consistently place unusually large bets or exhibit patterns of professional gambling may be subject to reduced limits or Account restrictions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination:
Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and potential legal action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, self-exclusion requests, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements met. Bonus funds will be forfeited.
Accounts that have not been accessed for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month on inactive Accounts with balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
Upon Account termination, you must cease all use of the Services. You may not create a new Account without our written permission. Any attempt to circumvent a ban or termination will result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of all funds.
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, ambo4d does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, system maintenance, technical malfunctions, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
Our platform relies on third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology vendors. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. Game outcomes and fairness are determined by licensed game providers; ambo4d does not control or influence individual game results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and Account management. ambo4d provides entertainment services and is not responsible for losses resulting from your use of the Services.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other materials on the ambo4d platform are the intellectual property of ambo4d or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
The ambo4d name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ambo4d is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our Customer Support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our license jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Your Account security is paramount. Never share your password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
